Brand new Mewtwo tin with damaged lv. x promo!?

I just opened a mewtwo lv. x tin and the mewtwo lv. x had two bent corners. It's bent so badly it's not even playable in a legal deck. It must have been damaged while it was being packed into that dumb plastic contraption. I'm not impressed.

What the heck do I do about that?

On the back of the tin there's an address for pokemon usa. Do I write them a letter about it and mail the card as well, asking them to replace it? Or is there a better way to go about it?

I've had quite a few damaged cards straight out of packs and tins, but it was either minor damage or an insignificant card so i didn't care about it. But I like this one! There isn't a scratch on it, but two majorly damaged corners--straight out of a sealed tin. Not fair...

Just shoot them an e-mail; I got a Rev Holo Cresselia where part of it was messed up, scanned it, and they sent me a replacement, Darkrai LVX, and 3 booster packs.

just send them a complaint. im pretty sure they will believe you as long as its not something outragous like your whole tin being empty. i just sent them a complaint a few days ago about a card missing in one of my boosters (how can i scan a missing card...) and they replied right the next day. they even told me to forward them my address so that they could send me one or two replacement boosters, just for one missing card! the only thing i do recommend though is that be very specific.... is it a major cut though, because if its tiny , they probably wont care much. everyone gets them , there not that uncommon!


Canis Lupus ... when you mean darkrai lv.x , do you mean the promo ? it would just have been to awsome if it was the official one !
