I want to make a decklist (Marowak BREAK/Shaymin EX (NXD)) but i don't if the BREAK Amount ruling is the same as Lv. X. Can I have 4 Marowaks and 4 Marowak BREAKS?

You can. BREAK is part of the name like EX.
