Ruling BREAK Pokemon and Ancient Traits

sorry if this was answered already, but, is it theoretically possible for a BREAK pokemon to retain its previous evo's Ancient Trait?

assuming it's a "yes", will AT's like Theta MAX or Delta Evolution trigger when you evolve that pokemon into a BREAK?

Ancient Traits are not retained. Pokemon-BREAK are specific about what they retain, and Ancient Traits are not on that list.
