Alright so the strategy of this deck right here is to start with misdreavus and use his dual draw to help setup and increase poltergeist damage.During this whole setup I also get out Vileplume to stop any threats of good draws they may get.Slowking is there just to disrupt.

i think this is a good deck idea i like it and maybe instead of slowking you should do 2-2 crobat. your already running 4 rare candys so you wont have trouble needing goldbat and it would be good to severe poison your opponent in 2 turns it does 80 and then poltegeist with mismagius or stall

I'm sorry, but Banette is just an awful card. 90 HP gets you one-shotted by everything, and Breakdown takes way too long to set up. I'd focus on Mismagius/Vileplume, and just drop the Banette.

4 - 4 Mismagius UD/CoL (or 4 - 3)
3 - 2 - 3 Vileplume UD
2 - 2 Slowking HGSS
2 - 2 *insert dragon counter/dark counter here*

Then you have more space to focus on the T/S/S. DCE makes no sense here, so you can remove all of the DCE(unless you run Zoroark) and 3 of the Psychic Energy (the Mismagius only need 2 energy to use Poltergeist). I'd suggest a few Junk Arm in here to get rid of things early game, and I'd consider some Seeker to pick up the Vileplume (you can have one Gloom, pick up the Plume, play the Trainers, and put down Plume again). You may want to add a Pokemon Catcher or two for early game lock, or to score some easy KOs. All in all, I'd add:

2 - 2 counter line (something like Zoroark or something)
2 Catcher
2 Seeker
2 Junk Arm

You can take out the 3 - 3 Banette, the 3 DCE (unless you run Zoroark - you can remove two Elm's and a DCE then), and maybe a Twins.

Hope this helped.

Yeah, after some testing i think il just go straight mismagiplume,

so
+1 Mismaguis

-3 Shuppet
-3 Banette
-3 DCE

so thats 8 spots... Anyone have suggestions on what to put?

Maybe you should consider one fisherman, one more communication, two IQ's, one more PETM, and three rescues. the fisherman to get Energy back from the discard pile, communication and elms to help get the Vileplume, IQ for energy draw, and the rescues is so you can have "more than four mismagius" if needed.
