Okay my question has to do with Frosslass and spirittomb, what i want to know is if I play spiritomb to the bench, then use Frosslasses Icy breathe attack to put 1 damage counter on all of my opponets benched pokemon, Can i use Curse Breath to put those pokemon after i attack<?? it doesnt say anywhere ( before your attack) so im guessing that you may use it whenever once during your turn,

This is apart of my Breathing Death deck. Is this legal ???

No. When you have a Poke-Power that activates upon an event (such as the card coming into play), you must use that Poke-Power immediately after that event occurs. You can't save up actions for later.

So in the case of Spiritomb, when you play it onto your Bench, you must use Curse Breath as your very next turn action. If you don't, you have forfeited your chance to use it. This is why it doesn't mention "before your attack" -- because there's only one time you can use the Power, at the moment you play Spiritomb from your hand to the Bench.

The power states "when you put Spiritomb from your hand onto your bench.." yada yada yada, meaning you have to do it right then and there. If you choose not to use the power then that's your fault.

And c'mon, common sense, after you attack, your turn is over. How can you activate a power when your turn has ended...

^Alakazam MT disproves all your common sense, apparently.

I was talking about a pokemon you laid on your turn that says it can only be activated when you set it on the bench. Good one smarty.

OKay well i just thought that because It didnt say any specific time you could use it. And i kidna says a specific time but not really. But Okay I get it kinda, but i was trying to see if i could use the text to loophole

I know where you're getting lost:

Once During your turn: Meaning, during your turn, you can only use this power on this pokemon ONCE.

When you put Spiritomb from your hand onto your bench: But taking him out of your hand, and placing him on an open slot on the bench.

You're taking it as:

Once During your turn: Anytime during your turn..

^^ That right there is not the case. Therefore, no loopholes.
