If you go second and you play a Broken Time Space, can you evolve your active Pokémon or a benche Pokémon that was allready benched the last turn?

Yes you may. When a Broken Time-Space is in play, all rules of when you can evolve are broken.

But you still can't get past aerodactayl's (fossil) prehistoric power can you?

It doesn't get past Prehistoric Power.

No, I mean with the Broken Time Space, can you evolve twice at the same tun you played your basic pokemon.

No Infmach, you're wrong. When Broken Time-Space is in play, all the rules of when you can evolve are taken away and replaced with whenever you want to.

Wow, it is really broken. I never thought it, guess it will be more on my decks, thanks.

ok..i know its kind of broken.. but what about this situation..

i put machop on bench..
and then straightaway evolve it to machoke and then machamp..

is this legal..

Can you use it as a Rare Candy? Like put Machop down skip Machoke then go to Machamp? Im pretty sure this is a no

No you cannot. BTS removes the restrictions that normal evolution have on it. Such as waiting a turn in order to evolve and only being able to evolve a Pokemon once a turn.

So earliest I could get it out was T2? Or can I not play Staidums on my first turn

If you are going second, then you can play BTS and get out a Stage Two on the first turn.
