Alright so first off I'm just trying to get this deck to be the best it can for now. I think it's fun to play but I'm trying to make it more consistent. Since the introduction of mega turbo i wonder if mega aggron is the better option for bronzong so if anyone can prove that or a blend of the two together is best I'd appreciate it.

Things I've considered putting in:
  • Super Scoop Up
  • Lysander's Trump Card
  • another Colress
  • Klingklang PLS

If you want to run Klinklang, do it separate deck. It makes the deck a lot clunkier, which is bad because this deck already runs kind of slow if you don't know how to play it right. It also proves to be useless against Donphan with Wobbuffet and Plasma Flareon, which are already bad matchups to begin with.
Trump Card is a good addition in any deck. Sure, it shuffles Energy back in, but this can easily be ignored by attaching and Metal Impacting that same turn or just playing a Battle Compressor.
I don't see a use in here for Super Scoop Up aside from healing and Double Colorless Recovery. If anything, maybe 1 AZ would fit since it discards any Metal once you return it and it doesn't need a flip.

Why Heatran-EX? You run no Plasma Energy in this deck...and it's not even a Steel type. (Not that I'm calling you out only for these reasons; this Heatran-EX just doesn't fit. I think you mean Heatran PHF, which is a very good non-EX attacker for Steel decks.)

Teammates just doesn't make sense to me. In any given game, you will only be able to use it 1-3 times, and even then, it might be prized. It's just so niche, and doesn't add much to consistency when you won't even be able to consistently use it!

I would really bump up Ultra Ball and VS Seeker to 4 each, which makes this deck far more consistent. Maybe even 1 Jirachi-EX.

Regarding Super Scoop Up, I agree with Gadgetjax; Super Scoop Up is pretty superfluous. It requires a successful coin flip, it sticks all of one of your Pokémon's energy back into your hand (as opposed to your discard pile), and when that happens, it's stuck there for a little while. 1 AZ is way better; yes, you lose Muscle Band/Float Stone, but that's remedied by increasing Muscle Band count to 4. I would also increase Float Stone count to 3, since its useful for things other than Keldeo-EX to retreat in case it's prized/KO'd, and it also opens up some cool combos.

At this point, I'm not sure if Battle Compressor is necessary, since with my Dialga-EX/Bronzong deck (which is literally the only deck I use nowadays), I find that 4 Sycamore/4 Ultra Ball does the trick for discarding Energy. But since you mentioned making this deck more consistent, I suppose you may as well use it to discard Supporter cards as well (which Ultra Ball/Sycamore also handled well enough for me). Again, this is why you should increase your VS Seeker count to 4 if you're going to discard all of your supporters.

I think in the current format, Skyla is just not good enough. You have Computer Search, Ultra Ball, and Professor's Letter (all of which are item cards), and then you have this card that uses up your turn's Supporter and only seeks out Trainer cards. A bit too slow for my taste.

Regarding your Bronzong line, I would increase it to 4-4 because that makes it even more consistent (more forgiving if some of it is prized, and easier to draw into with draw supporters).

As for Colress, definitely run one more; it's a horrible draw supporter in the opening, but N/Sycamore take care of that. Your bench will be crammed due to your deck's reliance on Bronzong.

An addition I might suggest is Max Potion; it heals all damage and unlike AZ, it leaves your tool card intact. All the discarded energy can be Metal Linked back on later.

If you are going to run Hypnotoxic, run it with Virbank. You aren't running any other stadiums, so it isn't going to take away from a different strategy and it will really add to the potency of hypnotoxic. Also go with Pokemon Fan Club over Teammates. While you can only use it on basics, you can use PFC whenever you want and almost all of your cards are basics, so you can just save the ultra balls for your one non-basic, Bronzong and use PFC everywhere else.

As for consistency, the best way to make something more consistent is to run more of that card. Running 1 of something (especially pokemon) is very risky as it could be prized and it will be very unlikely to top card so (in the case of pokemon) you may be forced to pick which pokemon to ultra ball out as you might have none of them out already (while if you run 2 it will be twice as likely that you will have the card in your hand or in play already which when using an ultra ball will narrow down your choices). Same goes for trainers, if you are in a situation where you need the trainer you are a lot less likely to have it if you only run 1 (especially since you are only running 1 skyla as well, so it will be very hard Skyla out the card you need). People might disagree with me on this, but if it isn't worth having more than 1 of a card, then 99 times out of 100 it isn't worth having the card at all. Other than the obvious exceptions of Trump Card and any Ace Specs, the only reason you would run only 1 of a card would be either you have another card that does basically the same thing or you feel the card is so situational that it would take too much space to have more than 1 of it, but so useful in that situation that you basically need that card if you ever are in that situation.
