I have 2 questions about the Bronzong Promo

1. Is this card legal for tournaments ?
2. Can I have a spoiler from him, cause I can't find him on the main page =/

Well, we can't use it just yet (English Players). But, the Japanese or any country that speaks Japanese as a Language may use it.

You sure Kruci? I thought it's legal for countries that speaks Japanese. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
 
For a card to be legal in an area, it has to have been released as a local language card and have the same artwork as said card.

A follow-up question: In international competitions, such as Worlds, does this mean that the only legal cards are those that have been released in every region?
 
I believe, to keep the playing field level, Worlds is played with the current United States format. So any card legal in the US is legal, regardless of whether it's made it to your local region.
