Budget Buddies for Bronzong

I want to build a deck with the new Bronzong, mainly because I happened to pull a full playset of them, but I don't really want to splash out on his traditional partners like Aegislash-EX and Diagla-EX.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good, cheap attackers that can take advantage of the Metal Links ability?

I'm currently considering Haxorus (PLB) or Gallade (PLS) or maybe a mix of Yveltal-EX, Malamar-EX, and Mewtwo-EX since I have one of each of those EXs already and could probably get more.

Well, in a competitive scene (meaning you plan on taking the deck to cities, regions, or nats) Bronzong's only viable partners or Mewtwo EX, Cobalion EX, Cobalion LT, and occasionally Aegislash. However, if you just want a deck for league and/or recreational fun, then almost any pokemon card that uses colorless energy can be paired with Bronzong. The new Regigigas card from PHF is a good choice. Straight Mewtwo EX, Bronzong is a really fun deck too.

You know, I've personally tried Bronzong/Aegislash/Keldeo-EX, and it's not that bad! The main difference is that it uses Aegislash (XY) to keep your opponent at bay, with Keldeo-EX (LTR) to switch in to reset the effect and allow more Metal Powering! It's a very klunky combo, but really fun if you have the chance to pull it off. Keldeo-EX shouldn't cost you that much online, I think it's about $7...

There's also Heatran and Skarmory of PLF. Don't know how competitive they'd be, but they're cheap (especially Skarmory, which is a common).
