Watchlock is fairly inexpensive.
As well as Darkrai, Keldeo/Blastoise (w/o BKEX), and Aggron/Sableye (more of a fun deck)

Darkrai, and MAYBE Quad Snorlax but that isn't exactly top-tier. Garbodor also isn't too bad, not as cheap as Darkrai though.
No deck is truly "inexpensive" due to Catcher existing, and it's probably impossible to build a competitive deck for under 100$, but Darkrai is about as good as you're going to get in terms of pricing.

quad snorlax wont last very long, because the only way it can win against the next set's possible BDIF, is by decking it out, or from rock guard damage.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, (infinite). Deoxys is super easy to Catcher stall, and turns the Blastoise, Ray/Eels and Virizion/Genesect match ups from favorable into terrible. Virizion/Genesect might already be favorable, but I'm tired and don't feel like thinking about it. The deck doesn't have problems with getting enough Pokemon, it has problems with setting up, starting with Exeggcute and being able to stream Weavile's.
As said above, Darkrai and Quad Snorlax are the cheapest decks, but Quad Snorlax won't stay good for long. Once Plasma Blast comes out, Trubbish/Sigilyph/Masquerain will be cheaper than Darkrai. I don't think that deck can even fit 4 Catchers, so it's probably only around... $60-70 ish? Does that sound right? And Silver Mirror decks (generally with Suicune and Terrakion) will also be pretty cheep (unless Silvor Mirror ends up costing a lot). There will probably be some people using Tropical Beach in those decks, but it definitely won't be necessary.
Also, Watch-lock isn't cheep at all. You need like 2 or 3 Mews, which cost 3 times as much as Darkrai.

One I try online is Mewtwo/Bouffalant/Toxicroak. Mewtwo is the ideal starter. But when it's killed by Deoxys or an opposing Mewtwo, you can revenge them for one energy. Deck also runs Virbank (in case you have to use poison jab) and lasers (since you're running virbank), and doesn't require too many energy to be consistently attacking. It's a fun deck and surprisingly effective.
