Solid List. I would only cut the Hau for a judge and possibly cut the order pads for 2 choice bands and another judge. Here's a list. (w/ a few changes)

In the decklist I changed the 3 Order pad for 2 choice bands and a judge and then the hau for another judge. This is because Hau is a waste of a supporter for turn and playing judge can be disruptive for your opponent. The two choice bands are there to help w/ OHKO. The order pads were cut because of how situational the card can be and you only have a 50% chance of using the card. (Terrible against garb) Cut the counter energy and the Latios for two nest ball since getting the zoroarks are important and you would rather spread w/ volcanion because its 20 everywhere while pressuring the active. If they retreat the heavily dmg pokemon you can just drag it back up w/ volcanions ability and 2HKO. Testing will still need to be done but hope my input was helpful.
