Strategy:

Use Golbat's Sneaky Bite to be able to do damage with your Gliscor. For 1 Fightning energy, Gliscor will do 70 damage if the defending pokemon has damage counters on it. 70+20(Strong Energy)+30(Choice Band)+20(Sneaky Bite)= 140 damage.
