I am going to start doing this a little bit since the other thread is no more. This is a series of decks that fall into the budget category. I am giving myself a 150 USD budget but prices won't be posted since they fluctuate. I will instead give a rough estimate on what the deck should cost.

Today's deck is LOT Vespiquen

4 Vespiquen LOT 32
2 Sceptile-GX LOT 22
4 Treecko LOT 20
2 Grovyle LOT 21
4 Combee LOT 31
2 Lurantis SMP 25
1 Sceptile CLS 10
2 Fomantis SM 14

9 Grass Energy SM 164

4 Cynthia UPR 119
2 Order Pad UPR 131
1 Timer Ball SM 134
2 Switch CLS 147
2 Rescue Stretcher CRI 130
1 Life Forest Prism Star LOT 180
1 Professor Elm's Lecture LOT 188
2 Ultra Ball SM 135
2 Lillie UPR 125
4 Net Ball LOT 187
4 Rare Candy CLS 142
3 Guzma BUS 115
2 Tate & Liza CLS 148

Deck Estimated Cost= Around 70 bucks

Deck is simple but fragile. Reason being that you have to have your bench full of grass pokemon in order to use Vespiquen's attack. That is why I am running Sceptile GX in this version so you aren't completely borked should someone play Sudowoodo.

I'm not convinced of Sceptile GX, if it's only aim is to beat Sudowoodo. Grovyle powered by Lurantis could be enough, but I don't know. Moreover, what about playing a couple of Choice Helmet? In that way, Zoroark won't ohko Vespiqueen! And maybe you can play one copy of Champion's Festival, just for stadium control purpose.

I tried to build something like your deck, and that's it:

2 Grovyle (LOT 21)
4 Vespiquen (LOT 32)
2 Treecko (LOT 20)
4 Combee (LOT 31)
1 Sceptile (CLS 10)
3 Fomantis (SM 14)
3 Lurantis (SMP 25)
10 Grass Energy (SM 164)
4 Cynthia (UPR 119)
4 Ultra Ball (SM 135)
1 Professor Kukui (SM 128)
4 Lillie (SM 122)
3 Rescue Stretcher (GRI 130)
4 Net Ball (LOT 187)
1 Champions Festival (SMP 78)
3 Acro Bike (CLS 123)
3 Guzma (BUS 115)
3 Choice Helmet (LOT 169)
1 Life Forest Prism Star (LOT 180)

(sorry for the mess, but it's kust a copy paste from tcgone)
I see the major problem is to consistently have the bench full of grass pokemon and to cycle the Vespiqueen. I would reccomend tto play a third Rescue Stretcher and to run a 3 - 2 - 1 line oh Treecko. Baby Sceptile is nice against Blacephalon. Moreover, I would like to play a second Kukui, and maybe introduce a couple of Choice Band.
