Once during his or her turn, each player may search his or her deck for a [W] or [F] Basic Pokemon and play it on his or her Bench. If a player does this, that player shuffles their deck.

Overall, This looks like an interesting deck, but you may want to add a Shaymin-EX or 2, for the draw support. It may be a little bit pricey, but it's a great card overall. Also, you should probably play Rough Seas over Hilltop stream, or a mixture of the two. Rough seas is just too good to not play, Being able to heal 30 damage from EACH of your [W] and [L] Pokemon each turn. You may also want to Bump up the Ultra Ball count to 4, so it will be that much easier to discard energy for Aqua Patch, and searching for a Pokemon in the process.

What I would do:
-2 Pokemon Ranger
-3 Hilltop Stream
-1 Mallow
-2 Oranguru

+2 Ultra Ball
+3 Rough Seas
+2 Shaymin EX
+1 Manaphy EX/Glaceon EX

A Glaceon EX would be able to Lock Out Evolution Pokemon, which can be good against match-ups like Decidueye and Lurantis (Which Wishiwashi GX, Lapras GX and Manaphy are weak to). In total, this looks like a pretty solid deck. :)

First of all OMG i just posted this 2 minutes ago and someone already responded. Now on to my response, I need the pokemon ranger because of jolteon EX but i will remove 1 Pokemon ranger. I will add / take away everything else though, except the second shaymin EX. I am trying to play more speed than water box though.

You've already got two Lysandre to get around Jolteon EX, But keeping a Ranger can benefit you as well, especially with Lapras GX's Blizzard Burn, allowing you to attack twice in a row if you want.
