I think this card as some potential to be a good way to get resources back. Its cultivate attack is similar to Junk Hunt on sableye from Dark Explorers but instead of just Items it can grab any card you need, and with its multistrike ability you could grab two cards of what ever you need. The problem is it goes ontop of the deck and not in the hand. Could be used in decks that need a couple turns to set up. What do you all think of this card.

Well the thing about Bunnelby is that it puts one card into. While Junk Hunt got two item cards into your hand. And since you are usually going to be getting back item cards anyway, I would say that Sableye was better. But remember, Sableye started to lose play when the rule change that prevented Pokemon from attacking on their first turn. But, Bunnelby has multi strike so you can get two cards, but you have to shuffle your deck, so, if you find a way to play it, I don't think it will see much play.

The thing with Bunnelby is that you're only going to get just one card. It can be good and bad to some degree. Good as it can net you that DCE/Special Energy into the deck. Bad is that you'll need to top deck it given the shuffling. Plus, it'll be knocked out so that's one extra prize for your opponent. For some decks, it could be a good early Junk Hunt if you have to discard resources.

You would get two cards because of the Multi strike ancient power

I stand corrected. So two cards given the double attack, that might be good for a once-off. However, still too fragile to have only one of.

Yeah it could be a good one of tech to get cards back in the deck. One of the few ways to get special energy back.
