I ran it in Reshiboar eons ago. Thats about it.

Usually it helps your opponent more than you, considering they might get a free energy and didn't have to waste deck space to put this card in. In general, a bad card.

I would definitely play this card in any Emboar variant, since it accelerates from the hand, and this help protect against N'ing into no energy.
