BW On Fundeck: Rocky Helmet Shedinja

I was watching the last Top Cut episode and I loved this idea, he didn't know that he couldn't devolve and re-evolve the same turn to spam shedinja, but what he didn't realize is you could devolute and evolve another copy of nincada that's been sitting on the bench:

Pokemon: 20
4 Nincada
4 NInjask [Cast off Shell]
4 Shedinja [Empty Shell]
3 Sableye [DE]
3 Darkrai EX

Trainers: 28
4 Devolution Spray
4 Super Scoop Up
4 Rocky Helmet
4 N
4 Level ball
4 Super Rod
4 Random Reciever

Energy: 12
8 {D}
4 Blend {D}{P}{R}{G}

Pretty much the entire concept of the deck is to stall with as many shedinja as possible, the first way is to get 2 nincada into play, pass, and then evolve into ninjask, put shedinja out, super scoop up or devolute, evolve the other Nicada, get another shedinja, place rocky helmets on the shedinjas and just wall and stall, the Sableye are there to recycle rocky helmets, super rods, etc. things that reset the deck, and Darkrai is supposed to be more of a suprise attacker that comes out of nowhere, so I was thinking of adding Dark Patch and Juniper but it was so hard to find room, especially when the deck will probably fall behind so it uses N to greatly slow down my opponent, and if they're only Shedinjas on the board my opponent will be hard pressed to get any prizes.

Edit: I think the deck needs Max Potion and Pokemon center, to help the stall going, thoughts?

Not trying to mini-mod, but to clear up confusion with myself, do you mean devolve instead of devoluter?

Devolution Spray haha.

I would ask a judge about the devolving and evolving rule. I remember the rule was you cannot re evolve a Pokemon the turn it is devolved.

It moght be a lot more viable to drop Darkrai EX and Sableye. What I have in mind is a deck where your opponent literally can't take any prizes because you don't give your opponent an opening. Use Devo Spray to Swarm Shedinja, then Scoop Up the Ninjask. It would also free up a lot more spaces for more Supporters.

-3 Darkrai
-3 Sableye
+4 Juniper
+2 Bianca or Cheren

Not sure, though, if you plan to deck your opponent or take cheap prizes.

You can devolve and re-evolve elsewhere.

Oh yea, Devo Spray states that the pokemon being devolved can not be evolved that turn.

I'm not re-evolving the pokemon, I'm evolving another copy of the Pokemon Out

I have 2 Nincada in Play

I evolve One to Ninjask, his power goes off

I devolve

I evolve the other Nincada sitting there, get another shedinja

Nice deck idea, here are the flaws from my point of view: how do you take prizes? Darkrai coming out of nowhere takes at least 2 turns to set up. Stalling and not hitting is kind of fail. Maybe the goal of the deck can be turned into decking out the opponent. Aggron line anyone?

-3 darkrai
-3 sableye
+3 aron
+1 lairon
+3 aggron

-2 super rod
-4 rocky helmet (4 spots for 20 damage is waste IMO, it messes with consistancy as well)
+3 rare candy

energy should be 12 grass
strategy remains the same except your main attacker is ninjask alone with 60 and run, plus you mill from bench with aggron

some advice for supporters:
with 9 stage 1's and 3 stage 2's you may want to run
4 N
2 juniper
3 cheren
2 bianca
1 RR

all in all:

4 nincada
4 ninjask
4 shedinja
3 aron
1 lairon
3 aggron

4 N
2 juniper
3 cheren
2 bianca

1 RR
4 devo spray
3 SSU (i took one out due to its fliipy nature which i don't like much, but it's up to you)
2 super rod
4 rare candy
4 level ball

12 grass

Hope this helps, sounds pretty rogue-ish and fun

Well the deck isn't supposed to be seriously, its why it says Fundeck on the title =P.

Well in a perfect would I would have 2 dark patches at the same time as holding a darkrai in my hand, so the deck basically stalls until I hit a set up.

The goal isn't to deck out the opponent, its to waste time games one and two, and then have Darkrai for a fast game 3.

I definitely can see some fun in the deck, but there are a couple of things about this list that really urk me.

The fact that you're choosing not to use Shedinja to attack is bizzare. I feel that even as a fun deck, by you not attacking and just 'walling' with a 60 HP pokemon that essentially does 20 damage isn't worth the efforts. I was interested in building a deck like this for fun with the inclusion of Chandelure, since Darkrai would already be present for the free retreat.

It also doesn't help that when you devoultion spray your recently evolved Ninjask, it's not particularly hard to KO. It could get to the point where those easy KOs are what end up losing you the game, however fortunately snipers are not very common at the moment, bar darkrai ex.

Just because it's a fun deck, doesn't make it a reason or an excuse to not think out ideas and make the deck as good as it can be.
