BW3 English Set Name Revealed?!

Yesterday I managed to get ahold of a B/W Emerging Powers Promo Pack. But then the owner told me that the new set is going to be called Black and White : Noble Victories. This sounds pretty legit, as the set will feature Victini, the Victory Pokemon. But it's still unconfirmed. Oh and leagues are also held regularly there, so the guy knows what he's talking about.

Yeah, the two sets didn't exactly give us much other than Garchomp, Blaziken, Yanmega, Magnezone and Mew :/

if what this shop owner says is legit, then this set will include every card from the new Red Collection from japan, including the new Fossils, and the suposedly star of the set Victini.
hopefully it'll be Fliptini and fingers crossed we get a Full art "N" Card!!!

Just because somebody says something doesn't mean it's true. I could have said the set was called "Black and White: blahblahblah". Even though it sounds official, it's probably not true. Plus, how could somebody know something about a set that is still 3 months away when the current set isn't even out yet?

If you can back this up with facts I'll reopen this. Right now, I don't see anything that could make this a legitimate discussion.
