Strategy: Sigilyph is there for it's ability and great attack! Put 3 Rocky Helmets and 1 Rock Guard on there and whenever your opponent attacks you, they take 120 damage. Put 4 Eviolites on him and there is -80 damage from attacks. 4 Giant Capes on him and he has +80 HP, etc. Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit are there mainly for mesprit's ability. Virizion is there for an extra attacker and f you can't get Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf out. Finally, Surskit evo is in there for Masquerain's Ability which helps if you can't get out the sigilyph until later in the game.

I have no idea what some of the cards do or the strategy of the deck. Could you please edit it with those things?

To add on to the above, along with strategy and translations you also need to add the main Pokemon to your thread title.
 
Take out Virizion and the grass and add DCEs in, for heaven's sake. Other DCE attackers wouldn't hurt either. An interesting card to try might be Trubbish PLS, does 20x the # of tools in play.
 
How do you know this set won't be released until after rotation? We should be able to get this at least by Worlds, right?

As for the deck itself, you will probably want to run Revive so you can easily get dead Sigis back, and idk how well the Pixies will work since all Sigilyph has to fear once we get the set is Thunudurus EX.
