Is there a replacement for Call Energy? It's gonna cost me $10 to buy one offline, so I was wondering if there was something I could use in it's place.

I think one or two of the older theme decks contains 2 or 4 Call Energy, so you should check that out first.
There isn't a good replacement for call, which is why they are $10. They are often the only useful thing you can do on turn 1, and can make up for going first. Sure, cards like patchirisu are good to start with, but they're useless late game, and take up bench space if they don't get KO'd. Call doesn't take up any extra deck space either because you'll need energy anyway.
Call Energy are only 3 dollars at Troll and Toad. You get ripped in Ebay XD I think Sableye is best, use Impersonate to search for Roseanne's and use it. The only downside is that you can't put them on your bench, which could actually help if you could. *Checks Pachirisu* Yea, Pachirisu is the closest you can get. But it's a free prize like every other bad start Pokemon.
