I was under the impression that was ok since "Poke-Powers" & "Poke-Bodies" encompassed "Pokemon Powers". Therefore, I thought if a card stated "Basic or Evolution" then Lv. X Pokemon would be included. Please clarify. Thank you.
Ruling Can A Celio's Network And/Or Pokemon Trader Search For A Pokemon Lv. X?

Celio's Network can search for any Pokemon excluding a Pokemon-EX. You are able to take a LV.X card.
Any old trainers/supporters that searched for 'a Basic Pokemon or an Evolution card' have been erratad to just search for 'a Pokemon', so you can take a LV.X with Celio's (but not a Pokemon-ex). Cards that search for one or the other (e.g. Roseanne's or Elm's Training Method) do not apply to this.
