BW/BW2 Can I get the National Dex early in BW2?

So, I recently bought Black 2. I realize other Pokemon have been added to the regional Pokedex (besides just B/W critters) but to be honest...the ones they've chosen to add in pretty much are, to put it lightly, not good, and none of my favorites made the cut. I really want a Luxray, Garchomp etc. before I actually beat the game. Can you transfer them in from B/W (I've beat Black, and have them in that game) before obtaining the national Pokedex or do you have to wait until you beat the main story? And if so, is there a cheat or something I can use to obtain the National Pokedex early? Otherwise I'm just going to end up with the same team from the original Black through most of the game, and that's going to be incredibly boring.

It doesn´t matter, you can still get them before the National Dex.
So yeah catch some Patrats, trade and be happy with your team. :p

Ever since 4th gen, you can just trade whatever you want over regardless of whether or not it's in the Regional Dex, it'll just record its Pokedex number as ??? until you get the National Dex.

Is there any way I can transfer Pokemon without having to have another DS? (I'm sorry I'm so out of the loop lately)

If you want to trade between two game cartridges, you need two DS systems. You can't trade between two games without two systems because of the wireless connectivity.

For Poke Transfer, the answer's no - you need a backup DS.
For trading Pokemon, the answer's yes - but it's more indirect, and it involves another person.
You would need to find another person to trade with (either wirelessly or over Wifi) who would be willing to hold the Pokemon for you. You would trade your Pokemon from your Game 1 into the friend's game, and then the friend would transfer from their own game into your Game 2.

...Does that make sense?

You could use the GTS too, but obviously that wouldn't work if you haven't seen them, so...probably what DNA said.

The problem with the GTS is there's no guarantee you'll get your Pokemon back. That wouldn't work at all.

When I use the GTS between my Heartgold and Platinum, I put on a junk Pokemon asking for mine. Also, my area in both games is Jamaica (don't ask) so it's easier to find myself.

Maybe not, but you can minimize the chances by asking for something ridiculous, like a Lv. 100 Reshiram or something. I still wouldn't do it for something you can't afford to lose, though.
