I found these blaziken and gardy decks at k-mart a while ago. They aren't championship decks. The cards look real. Can i play the celio net cards that i found in the decks at tournys?

yes, you can play the Celio's Network as they are reprinted in CG but you can't play it if they are from the championships deck....

i just want to know if they can't be played in tournys...like the champ decks.

well, as long as they are not championships or fake cards, they can be use in the tournament....

Yes, you can use these cards in tournaments, as long as they have been reprinted. (celio is in CG, so yes.)

So once pk comes out, i could use the Blaziken? cool. If that card becomes really big, i could pick up 2 of them for 10 bucks.

It doesn't matter what year it is printed in. As long as the card has been reprinted and is legal then you can use it. If there arent any changes to Firestarter Blaziken in PK then you can use the one from RS too.
