Ruling Can i vanish bronzor

So bronzor succeded at an iron defense. Now it is my turn and my mmewtwo use vanishing strike. Does it KO bronzor

Iron Defense is an effect on the Defending Pokemon (Bronzor FCO). If a Stadium card is in play, then M Mewtwo EX's Vanishing Strike would ignore all effects, including Iron Defense and Knock Out Bronzor. If there is no Stadium card in play, then Vanishing Strike does not ignore effects, and Bronzor would not take any damage or be Knocked Out.
