My local cardshop owner says hes getting DP2(Mysterious Treasures) on July 18th.If thats true i'm lucky because i'm getting a box of it the first day it comes out.I have 1 question though.If my cardshop gets it and nowhere else or a few other places get it will be able to use them in tournaments?Thanks to who replies!

No, you have to wait for the official release date to be able to play with em in official places.
the official release is in August 22.
yep wait for the release date it wont be legal in this year i think
