Can you use pokeball to draw both halfs of a legend? what is the website where i can get official rulings?

Minimidget is correct for the following reason. Outside of play, a full Pokemon LEGEND consists of two different Pokemon cards. Poke Ball lets you search for 'a Pokemon', that is, one. You may choose one half. Then, you may search for the other half with a different card, provided it does not search for a specific evolution stage of Pokemon (Legends are stageless).
