cannot connect to chat

When I try to connect to chat it automatically disconnects and i get this error:

Error : Closing Link: [::ffff:208.54.35.240] Z:Lined (DNSBL listed. Check ircnet.com/cgi-bin/bl.cgi?ip=208.54.35.240 for removal.)

I am not sure if my IP address is blacklisted with your IRC server, I tether my cell phone to connect to the internet.

Alternatively if you want to access the chat via another method, you can always use Mibbit's free chat app (the button that says Launch App Now). The server you connect to is irc.mysteryzone.info (I know that the name of the server has been changed since then, but I don't exactly remember the new name, and the old name still works fine).
