Energy: 13
  • 3 Double Colorless Energy
  • 5 Water Energy
  • 5 Psychic Energy
Strategy:

So what I'm doing here is the wiscash can do 20 damage for 1 energy, and it selects an attack on the defending pokemon. That attack can't be used on my opponents next turn. The muk are in there because their ability adds to the retreat cost of all non team aqua pokemon, so my opponent can't retreat as easily to use another pokemon(and therefore a different attack). The additional retreat cost also powers up the attack of the beartic, which for 2 of any energy does 20 damage plus 20 more for each * in the defending pokemon's retreat cost. with 4 muk on the bench, beartic hits for a minimum of 100 damage, but it's more likely to be around 140-180 with a muscle band and the retreat cost already on the defending pokemon before muk. Also, I have the wobbuffet. He's there because while he's active, he blocks the abilities of all non psychic pokemon. My muk keep working, but most other things are blocked, including (this is important) the set up ability on shaymin-ex, which many players are looking to use in stead of some of their supporters.

I've loaded up my trainer line with other things to make it difficult for my opponent to attack, including ways to remove their energy and switch their pokemon, and I've added lots of switching power to myself so I don't need to worry about my retreat costs. the AZ, for example, can totally heal my active, bring something else up, AND I can use it up to 5 times with the VS seekers( I probably won't though). Lysandre is a game winning card in any deck, and the team flare grunt is probably just going to get ultra balled a lot but of course, that means I can get it with a seeker late game when it might really make a difference as I'm struggling with a pokemon that's been powered up on the bench during the time it takes my wiscash to knock something out.

I still want to add Hypnotoxic lasers and some kind of stadium(mostly to counter fairy gardens), but I'm not sure where I can fit it. I also considered adding Bannet with tool concealment, and I thought about using exeggutor(the one that blocks supporters) instead of beartic, but have decided against it so far.

Please help, I want to know if it's worth buying all these cards or if it will just flop. Any comments as to the potential of this, or to something that should be added/removed are welcome and useful!

EDIT: I realized that I miscounted and have extra cards. Just ignore that.

I think an extremely underrated card is Jellicent BCR. It's basically Muk, but it you opponents Pokemon can be Team Aqua. Also, it's searchable with dive ball.

Honestly, I say choose between Wishcash/Jellicent or Beartic/Jellicent. Having both is really clunky.

Also, Wobbuffet isn't that good in this deck because you want Wishcash or Beartic in the active spot attacking, not Wobbuffet.

4 Switch is bad in almost all decks and without Wobbuffet, you don't need as many.

Also, with this, you could put in Lasers and two Virbank City Gyms.

So...
-Muk Line
-All Wishcash or Beartic lines
-2 Wobbuffet
-1 Enhanced Hammer
-3 Switch
-3 Shauna
-1 Colress
-1 AZ
- 5 Psychic Energies
-24 cards

+4 HypnoToxic Lasers
+ 3 Virbank City Gym
+4-4 line of Jellicent BCR
+4 N
+3 Dive Ball
+1 Double Colorless
+1 Water Energy

Hopes this helps! :)

I think the Diveball engine is a good option, but an alternative is Forretress from Flashfire, as his Ability is great and can really help you hit the awkward numbers of some EXs. His typing also makes the Fairy matchup favorable. Just an option to consider. :)
