Help Card identification.

So I've been going through my pokemon collection again and I have this one card that's kind of confusing me. The card is Ralts from the EX Delta Species set, and I've found the exact card on various Pokemon related websites and stores EXCEPT for the fact that the one I have, in the pokemon art, to the right, is words saying "Ex Delta Species" (I've attached a photo!) I'm kind of sceptical on if this is a real card or not just because of that added text, so if someone can confirm or deny my suspicions, that would be great! (The background in the art is also reverse)

Cards from that era have text in the art when it’s the foil version of that card (like how we have reverse foile today). So assuming it’s a foil it’s fine. If the foil is missing the its either a production error or fake
