Card Shipping Advice

I'm pretty sure we've had a thread that dealt with this in the past, but search is borked and I can't find it, so I guess I'll just make a new thread.

I'm looking for tips and advice on mailing cards, specifically a large amount of holos. I'm doing a trade where my end of the deal is 22 holos, and I'm not sure what the best way to package it would be. Ideas?

Put in penny sleeves. Put all in a plastic bag. Put bagged bundle between 2 top loaders. Use lots of tape. That is how I have received without any issues.

Cool, that sounds reasonable. Would it be better to do one card per sleeve or two cards per sleeve back to back?

I put everything in its own sleeve. omahanime's way sounds like it could work, but I don't have experience with shipping a lot of cards. I did receive cards this way though.

I usually ship in penny sleeves inside of toploaders, two-per if they fit, but they often don't. Omahanime's way sounds like it could work. :)

Yeah, it's the "lots of cards" that's killing me; I've shipped singles to a few, but this is a lot, so I wanted to make sure I did everything nicely.

Sleeve each card seperately in penny sleeves. Put them all inside of a team baggie with a toploader on each side of the cards. For added protection wrap the team baggie full of cards in paperboard (those flat rate cardboardlike envelopes that the post office has), and tape it shut on all sides. Put it in a small bubbled mailer. Tape the bubbled mailer shut, and write fragile, do not bend on both the front and back of the bubbled mailer! Years, of experience buying, selling, and trading Pokemon cards! :)
