Cardass/Meiji/Topps/other non-TCG cards

Hi everyone!

I love the non-TCG cards, like the Japanese Cardass or Meiji cards, and the English Topps cards.

Are there some good websites where I could buy these cards? And does anyone know if Meiji or Cardass are going to be coming out with cards for the BW generation, and if so, where could I find this out?

Also, does Topps still do Pokemon cards as well?

Don't think Topps are doing cards anymore for Pokemon, but I do know that both Meiji and Cardass are still going to the best of my knowledge. It was in '09 at least!

I often find that trolling around on eBay will yield meiji results, if I weren't on my way to bed I'd find you some sellers, but they are out there.

I am quite enamoured with a lot of the non-tcg cards, myself, simply due to how different they are. The 1997 Cardass series is extremely beautiful, with so much original Sugimori artwork. A friend of mine sent me every Kanto bird card from that set as a present for my birthday last year, and I really do love them.

I've found the complete Meiji 1998 set on eBay, which is easily one of my favorite card sets of all time. I remember falling in love with it when I was about 7 when I saw it in a magazine, and to own it was sort of a childhood dream, haha.

I also found the 1997 Carddass set on eBay, and yes, oh my goodness it is pretty!! (The Ditto card is awesome!)
