Discussion Cards Better Than They Look

Recently, I have been playing a 3/3 line of this card:

I have to admit that I like it. Not only does it completely stop special energy drops from the hand, but it does a reasonable amount of damage for a stage one. Which made me wonder, has anyone else tested a card that performs better than originally thought?

I've tested it against Yveltal, Gengar, Night March, and Raichu. All had really reasonable results. It slowed the game down enough for Kyogre to get charge. I ran a 4 line of stadium cards. I tested it with Kyogre EX because he is one of the slowest charges in the format. I think with the right friends, this card could put some big kinks in the speed of the game. Thoughts?

I know that's not the point of the thread, but 3-3 seems a bit excessive, no? You could probably run a 2-2 or Archie's 0-2. Might work in a water deck, but only as a tech, 3 energy for 70 in not good, especially with greninja hitting 80 with 1. Apart from that is one of the good cards of this set, together with Marowak and Mew.
