cards to counter mewtwo

i'm just looking for an easy 1-1 tech to counter mewtwo X, preferably something that is psychic so i only have to do 60 damage, so basically anything psychic that deals 60 for a low amount of energy would be good, thanks in advance!

ummm. mismagius pt upper hand recover and you can 2hko it.

Toxitank works well, but you need Dialga G Lv.X on the bench of course.

^yeah, that'e the problem with dialga G, what with it's 2 retreat cost. mismagius sounds pretty cool though, could be a fun tech against other decks as well.

What about Mighty SF? Lock them for a while. Then set up, its not bad.

yeah, but it would still take like 4 turns for me to kill them, it's useless in a bunch of other matches as well, i think mismagius might be best as it can stall VS. a bunch of other stuff.

Sure it takes 4 turns but it is VERY disruptive.

Well, 3 turns if you either have a Special Dark or use Harrass with a full field.

mightyena sounds OK.. but it needs dark energy which is kinda annoying, still, it is the best counter so far.

Mightyena LA would make it a stalling game, and only stallers use Mewtwo, so I doubt Mightyena would actually be that great.

1-1 Mismagius's Upper Hand is not only great against Mewtwo, but under extreme conditions, it's great for disrupting the opponent by closing down a specific attack (Deafen EASILY comes to mind).

Also don't forget things like supreme blast and things that a deck mainly focuses on.

If you can fit Fire Energies or you are running multi type energies, you can always play Ninetales (it also works against Flygon, Dialga G, Machamp w/ Uxie/Gengar, and some others).
