Ruling Cards written on...

Well, title explains it. I got some cards from a friend of mine, but one of em, a Mawile PK, has this '20' written on it with a pen at the right side of 'Call for Family'. This is (unfortunately xD ) not true. It is clearly a legal card and it is easy to tell that the number was added with a pen after the card being printed. But can I still use this card normally? I can use reference of the normal card if needed.
 
You can use the card, but it could be smart to have a reference (I don't think you need it it, though).
 
Kay, then I'll just use it ^^ if some opponent thinks it's fake, I can just show another one cuz I got 3 of em.
 
The card is not turnament legal. Some headjudges would perhaps let you play with it if you have a reference card outside your deck, but I wouldn't allow it. It would be too confusing.
You can use signed cards if the text is only on the pokemon picture. Otherwise it's not allowed in official turnaments.

Again, if your unsertan, ask the head judge.
 
You can use it in Oklahoma, you just need a reference outside of the match.

I have a friend who's colored afros and jerseys onto his Castforms :D
