I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I can't find a thread on it.
Celebi-EX has the ability Time Recall: Each of your evolved Pokémon can use any attack from its previous Evolutions. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.)
Politoed has the ability King's Song: Ignore all Colorless Energy in the attack cost of each of your Poliwag, Poliwhirl, and Poliwrath's attacks.
If Celebi-EX is in play and Politoed evolved from a Poliwhirl, can Politoed use one of Poliwhirl's attacks while ignoring all Colorless Energy requirements in the attack cost?
