Ruling Celebi*

Celebi star's attack effect states that players should:
'count the amount of energy attached to Celebi*. Put that many damge counters on one of your opponent's Pokemon.'

So if i had Meganium (Neo Genesis) in play, which doubles the amount of energy each grass energy supplies, will Celebi*'s attack do double the damage?

First of all, Leaf Shade doesn't do damage, it puts damage counters. Second, since Leaf Shade calls for the Energy and not Energy cards, you'll get two for one. The answer to your question is yes.
