Is this card seriously out of the format after the 2008 World Championships?

(And a less serious question: Why does everybody pronounce it "SEE-lee-oh"? Celio is a Spanish and Italian name and thus the proper pronunciation should be "SEH-lee-oh.")
 
That's what I was thinking...It seems pretty weird for it to retire after having been reprinted so long. I didn't even realize until last week that there hasn't been a reprint for a long while.

Ugh, it looks like I have to get Bebe's Search. Every place I go to is either sold out of it or sells it for a price I'm not going to buy it at.
 
They're not that hard to get. I would hold off a bit to see if they reprint it again in the new set before buying them.
