Ruling Certain BREAK Pokémon Considered "Stage 1?"

Has any ruling confirmed that those particular BREAK Pokémon (e.g., like Zoaroark BREAK and Marowak BREAK) that evolve directly from a Stage 1 Pokémon will also be considered a Stage 1 Pokémon, as well? Thanks.

My inclination is to say no and that they're "BREAK Evolution Pokemon" the same way Primal Groudon EX is a "Mega Evolution Pokemon" due to where "BREAK" appears on the card where the stage is written.

I haven't seen anything on this specifically, but that seems most consistent with previous rulings/mechanics. If I find something that says otherwise I'll update this.

Can you please clarify. I would like to know if it was still also considered a stage 1. If could take advantage of certain abilities that can pass to stage 1's that evolve off Eevee.
