maybe there is already a thread like this, but here it goes:

i am going to the CG pre release on 27 Aug, that meens i get 6 CG Booster, my question is: can i us the cards from the booster BEFORE 1 Sep?

No. A set isn't legal in tournaments before it is officially released.

Yes, however I thought the release date was September 1st.
