Is your chances better in getting a EX or a LV X?

EX, becuase you usually find at least 2 of those in a box, while a few unlucky people find 0 Lv. X in a box.

EX for sure. There has been only a maximum of three level X in the sets by far. Past sets had like at least 5 pokemon EX. The more pokemon lv. X or EX in a set, the more chances you have of getting it, in my opinion.

You are wrong about that, well kinda. There are some sets with 3 ex in it only, like EX Delta Species & EX Holon Phantom. Apart from that, I agree with what you said...
