1 Energy Retrieval
1 Victory Piece

4 Water
9 Fire

Strategy:
Use Victini EX and Chandelure to accelerate Reshiram or White-Kyurem EX, Chandelure is prefered for the damage counters and Victini EX can help get the water energy. Reshiram, and if need be Chandelure, can be used to get around Siglyph and Rayquaza. Wasn't sure if I should use Crystal's Edge to give White-Kyurem the extra 50 damage considering it will already do a lot of damage, or Victory Piece. Please critique as I am still in the works of getting backing into the tcg, thank you.

Between Crystals Edge and Victory Piece, I'd go with Victory Piece. It's easily obtainable with a Skyla and allows for first turn set up if you happen to draw into a Victini EX. Costs none of your precious fire energies to power up your other pokemon and allows for an easy 50+ if need be.

Edit: Looking again, I feel your item/supporter numbers are a bit off. Go with 4 Skyla, 4 Juniper, and drop the Biancas. Also, always run 4 Catchers, if you have them. 4 Ultra Balls are better than 3, and I'm not sure if the Heavy Balls are entirely necessary if you're going to run Ultras. Basically, if you're going to run a trainer, run 2 or 4, because usually 3 is either too many or too few. Also, you might consider super scoop up for Victini EX once you've finished powering up? This keeps Victini safe from being catchered and gives you energies back that were once attached to him (if applicable).

Very good point, I wasn't planning on using Victini EX as an attacker, but it would be an easy 50-100 damage. Even without Crystals Edge White Kyurem EX, if things go as planned, would already be doing a minimum of 130 damage with the damage from Flare Navigation.

Edit: I made a few changes that you suggested. I think I'm going to stick with three catchers because I can only get my hands on three, if I get a forth one I may put it it. I agree with the super scoop up that is another great point, super rod I have to get fire energys recycled back in the deck, and energy retrieval is used to grab any water energies in the discard pile. I feel like these are not completely needed, hence only having one of each, but I have them if they are needed.

Nice c: Try it out and see how it works for you now. I'm still not sold on energy retrieval, because regaining energies shouldn't be a focus in this type of deck. If you're concerned about drawing into/running out of energy then replace the trainers you use to regain energy with more energy cards. But thats just me. Try the deck as it is, play a few rounds and you'll get a good feel for what cards it needs/could drop.

Hehe I made a deck like this a loooong time ago except with Cradily from Megalo Cannon.

To be honest, this deck is very inconsistent until Megalo Cannon which has a bunch of important cards like cradily and caitlyn.
