Strategy

Use White Inferno with White Kyurem EX with 3 Chandelure to hit for 180 damage. Use Frozen City to help against Nonplasma decks.

I feel like it will not work as it does in my mind. What do you think?

-2 Cilan; Doesn't Flare Navigate attach Energies from the deck? So then taking the Energies out of your deck kind if hurts you.
-1 Super Rod; That's a little overkill.
-1 Max Potion
+1 Skyla
+1 Colress
+1 Rare Candy; Consistency
+1 Energy Search; With Energy Search, you can get that one Water Energy you might be looking for so that you can start attacking. With only four, they can tend to hide from you.

I would put in a couple of Reshirams w/ Blue Flare as non-EX attackers because a Sigilyph, or worse a Suicune, will really get under your skin. I know you got Chandelure, but it isn't ideal to be swinging with your engine unless that is the only thing you can do.
