Ruling Chandelure's Ability

T make this question ill give and example.

Lets say I got one active Chandelure and one Benched Chandelure.

At first I can set 30 damage in any way I like, than I retreat my active chandelure and set more 30 damage any way I like.

Can I still switch (with a trainer) my Active chandelure (after applying 60 damage from both of them)...and use the same ability a second time?

So long as you can get the Chandelure legally into the active position, you may use the ability ONCE for each Chandelure per turn.

No, you cannot use this ability, retreat, then switch back to the same Chandelure and use its ability a second time since you've already used its ability once this turn already.
