If the charmander, charmeleon & charizard from IFDS is release in english. Can I use the older version of them from Base Set.

Note the bolded text, back then everything had a Pokemon Power. Now its just shortened to Poke-Power/Body. The effect of Charizards Pokemon Power is VERY similar to a Poke-Body. The Base set version has its Power turned off while affected by a Special Condition and the IFDS isnt. We will not know if it can be used untill it comes out here in America. As of now, most people suspect that it can be used once it comes out.
And red blastios, that Empoleon was misprinted. It was supposed to have a Power but was printed with a Body, it was corrected in later printings.
