It's ability is based to much on luck to be viable. The attack is a bit expensive and to risky with the heavy attackers we have now.
 
Greedy Die on Steriods. If only there was a way to put it into the prize cards

Card is Balanced but doesnt seem that strong tbh. U need to keep 1 bench space free and need to draw it in the first 4 prizes to have it activate so greedy dice yolo deck
 
I'm fairly certain there's a card that lets you shuffle a Pokemon into your prize cards face down. Could be a fun expanded/unlimited combo

You can use Rotom Dex to increase your chance of putting Jirachi ◇ into your prizes.

Just use a card that lets you search your deck before and/or after playing Rotom Dex, so you can check if Jirachi ◇ is in the prizes or not.

I'd think not since it's not a face down prize card. Gladion let's you look at all your prizes n exchaglnge it for one. But it help you know if it's your prize and narrow down to it.

Also by wording if you don't have bench space you would not take the extra prize card

Yeah having 4 as prize cards would be nearly make win if you pick pick it as first prize then pick another one . Chain all 4 and pull have 1 prize card left.
Tbh it's not to bad having 1. Knock out a gx and you need it as one of your 2 prize cards.expanded would be nice sence you could use articuno that let's you take 1 extra prize.

But best deck for it guzzlord.. knock out gx take 4 prize cards. As long as you can get prism into your prize cards a reliable way.
 
  • Jirachi - The ability sounds risky and interesting. 50% chance of Jirachi that can be found in the prizes, while 1/6 chance of picking Jirachi as prizes. There are ways to know the prize what you've picked is Jirachi
  1. Gladion can sneak prizes but it may distort it because it shuffles the order of prizes.
  2. Rotom Dex reshuffle prizes but there are some chances that Jirachi may land as prized. So better use something like an Ultra Ball to check.
  3. If we'll getting Beast Ball, this is the better way to sneak prizes, but if there is an UB there, whether you like it or not, use the card's effect.
  4. Play this in a Metal deck, specifically Blaster GX from Celesteela to ensure that Jirachi is prized.
  • Bad news for Jirachi is being a starter during set up and that hurts a lot. Overall, 3-4 Geodudes
 
You could try the incredibly terrible strategy of KOing a GX and taking 3 prizes and then use a super scoop up to put it into your hand, Cynthia to shuffle it into your deck, play Rotom Dex and pray it ends up back there and KO another GX, hope you draw it again and win the game! It’s a God awful strategy but it COULD work...maybe

Forget about Guzzlord. It hasn't been proven good.
