Charizard Deck(Masters-any tournament)

I'm currently making a MD-on Zard deck, and am struggling with speed and consistency. I want to make it virtually VileGar proof(using BTS instead of RC mostly) and am finding that Typhlosion Prime is sort of difficult to set up(through Redshark anyways). I'm currently running a 2-2-2 Typhlosion prime, and a 4-2-3 Charizard. Here's my Decklist:

Pokemon: 22
4-2-3 Charizard
2-2-2 Typhlosion Prime
2-2 Ninetales HGSS(1 Shiny Vulpix, 1 PL)
3 Uxie(I'm aware that they take away from Charizards Power, but i've found them absolutely necessary unless someone has a better idea)

T/S/S: 26
3 Bebe's Search
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Professor Oak's Visit
2 Expert Belt
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Super Scoop Up
2 Rare Candy
1 Luxury Ball
2 Warp Point
3 Broken Time-Space

Energy:
12{R}

Strategy: Before anyone points this out to me, I'm aware that i'm running quite a few trainers for a deck that's supposted to not have problems with VileGar, but as previously stated, I'm not really sure what to substitute ATM. I need a way to consistently re-use Uxie that's not SSU, and Ninetales is not consistant enough or fast enough. But basic strategy is to set 'Zard up and hit for around 60 dmg by T2 at the latest, with the help from Pokemon Collector. From there set up 1-2 Ninetales, and 1-2 Typhlosion Prime. Afterburner to get energy back from the d-pile after it's been Roast Revealed away. I'd also love to run Stark Mountain in this deck, but have nowhere near close to enough room. The logic behind it is to Afterburner energy onto a meatshield a la Uxie, then transfer it to Zard so Zard doesn't incur any unnecessary damage. I've also thought about running Warp Energy, instead of Warp Points, but the drawback is that they're not searchable, not recoverable, and not discard-able with Roast Reveal. And in a deck that absolutely relies on discarding for drawpower, i'm not sure the risk would be worth the reward. This is also why I run 4 Oak's.
Need questions/comments/concerns. Thanks in advance.

RE: What's the best Charizard decklist to run?

Here's a few changes you could make.

-4 Fire Energy (only if you put Call Energy in)
-4 Professer Oak's Visit (Engineer's Adjustments are better)
+4 Call energy (only if you can/want to)
+3 Engineer's Adjustments (these are amazing in Charizard)
+1 Charizard AR (I highly recommend playing four)

If you need anymore help, feel free to PM me, I would love to help, I have a great Charizard list myself, I just don't want to post it here, so if you want to see it you can PM me, and we can talk.:)

RE: What's the best Charizard decklist to run?

This topic is focusing more on an actual deck, and is being moved to the Deck Garage forum.

RE: Charizard Deck

You're also going to need the Division and the Event this is for in the Title. Thanks.

dmaster out.

RE: Charizard Deck

There's no division or anything because i don't intend to play this deck competitively...at least not yet. It was moved here from a different forum, and now i have no idea where it belongs....:-/

I prefer to play Charizard with a 2-1-2 Typhlosion line because it gets an extra space for a Rare Candy which will help both of your major Pokemon lines. I tend to find Bronzong SF more useful than Uxie because I often find myself with a larger hand when playing Charizard. While 1 Uxie wouldn't be bad, 3 is too many for the deck. If you have Call Energy, I'd recommend dropping 3-4 fire energy for them to add consistency to the deck. In the event you get a Uxie start you can get the basic Pokemon you do need. You are then able to drop 1 or 2 Pokemon Collector to add in a fourth Rare Candy. Charizard really prefers 4 Candy to be really aggresive. 3 Expert Belt are nice if you can fit them in as well. Taking out SSU also gets you more space since you will be dropping a Uxie or two. By adding in Bronzong, you are able to get two energy by getting rid of one card in your hand. When I play my Charizard deck I often have extra BTS in my hand. If you really don't want to use Bronzong, you could elect to put in a couple Interviewer's Questions.

Take Out:
2 Uxie
3 Fire Energy
1 Quilava
1 Pokemon Collector
3 SSU

Add In:
1 Charizard
3 Call Energy
2 Rare Candy
2 Bronzor
2 Bronzong SF
