^ I agree but maybe a 2-2 Line of blaziken FB. It can luring flame up and bench sitting vileplumes and ko them. He also works well against water type pokemon with vapor kick. Also i cant stress this enough you need seekers and or super scoop ups. With all the hp that charizard has if you scoop him up once he will be able to take a tons more of hits. But 1 more BTS is a must in a Stage two deck.
 
I would take out the warp and put in 2 more basic fire energy cards. The reason why is this you have a 60 card deck and if you put in 2 more basic fire that means that almost 25% percent of you cards are fire energy cards. So when you shuffle and draw your first 7 cards you are almost guaranteed to get at least 1 basic fire enegry cards. Their is no need for cyrus you only run cyrus when you run low enegry cost. It would be just a waste of a support. I would either suggest to do the changes I suggested or the ones that mew suggestion but regardless you don't need cyrus and also you dont want wrap due to the fact that you want fire energy in the discard pile so you can use Typlosion Prime power. The only way I would suggest wrap if you have any glistomb lock decks in your area. Hope this helps
