Ruling Charizard Team Up + Counter energy ?

Hi, I have question. Will Counter energy provide 2 fire energy to Charizard to do 130 damage with it's attack?
I dont know why it didnt worked playing in PTCGO, maybe a bug? I had more prizes than.my opponent.

Charizard's attack says '50 more damage for each card you discarded', so even if Counter Energy did provide two Fire Energy, you only discarded one actual card so the attack only does 80 damage.
