Despite its complicated energy requirements, I feel that as one of the first BREAK evolution cards, with humongous HP and huge damage output, Chesnaught BREAK has been very much neglected on the competitive scene. We have the Forest of Giant Plants stadium card, the reason Grass decks of recent have become viable, so a turn one Chesnaught BREAK is technically possible. Where it is held back, in my opinion, is that 2 Grass and 2 Colourless is not the easiest to attach. Luckily we have Lurantis-GX for that now. Lurantis-GX's Flower Supply makes it not only possible to get Chesnaught into play turn 1, but also fully charged up in one attack.

This has not been tested yet, but I am in the process of assembling this deck on TCGO.

Pokémon: 22
3x Chesnaught BREAK (BKT)

3x Fomantis (SUM)
1x Virizion (AOR)
1x Shaymin-EX (ROS)
2x Tapu Lele-GX (GUR)

Items: 13
4x Ultra Ball
3x VS Seeker
3x Float Stone

1x Field Blower
1x Choice Band

Supporters: 11
3x Professor Sycamore
1x N
1x Brigette
1x Hex
1x Pokémon Ranger
1x Olympia
1x Ace Trainer
2x Lysandre

Stadiums: 4
4x Forest of Giant Plants

Energy: 9
9x Grass Energy

Do feel free to submit suggestions to improve this!

I forgot Chestnaught even existed, which is a shame, because it was one of my favorite cards when I first started playing last year. I would love to give this a go myself, but I'd make some changes.

I'd drop virizion because Lurantis is already a solid one energy attacker if you have some promos on the bench.
I'd also include Choice bands as you have none at all. I'd do a 3/2 split with 3 choice bands, and 2 floatstones.
The floats are meant for your promo lurantis' while I would try to keep at most only one Chestnaught break on the bench so you're not susceptible to lysandre stalling (unless you play extra switching cards for insurance)

I'd also drop the ranger & delinquent, as I don't think they see much use for your build or unless you're countering something specific.
Lastly, don't forget revitalizers since they'll let you feel safer about sycamoring pieces away.
Speakign of sycamore definitely get a 4/3 split of Sycamore's and N's for consistency.

Here's a preliminary build of what I would do.

Pokemon-24
Fomantis-4
Lurantis-GX-3
Lurantis Promo-2
Chespin-3
Quilladin-3
Chestnaught-3
Chestnaught Break-3
Tapu Lele-2
Shaymin-1

Trainers-27
Sycamore-4
N-2
Lysandre-2
Hex Maniac-1
Olympia-1
Brigette-1
Vs seeker-3
Ultra Ball-3
Revitalizer-1
Floatstone-2
ChoiceBand-3
Forest of Giant Plants-4

Energy-9
Basic Grass-9

Actually, the AOR Virizion is simply there to retrieve Pokémon from the discard pile as this is a stage 2 BREAK and we really need the right things at the right time for this deck to slot into place. But I completely forgot about Revitalizer; it doesn't take up an attack but Garbodor is around so maybe best to stick with Virizion for now.

I'm also going for 3 Float Stones for now rather than 2, as 2 would just mean my entire Float Stone count could be scrapped by a single Field Blower. Three is also a good number because it means I can regularly rotate between Chesnaught, Lurantis and Virizion.

However, it definitely would be a good idea to drop a Shaymin on favour of an extra Lele, especially as I'm keeping the supporter count relatively low to make way for Pokémon and Energy.

Now that I think about it, the DCEs aren't particularly necessary either: in the current meta going for basic energy where possible is always advisable with Enhanced Hammer and Drampa-GX around, so I'll take your advice on the Energy too.

I will replace my Delinquent with an Olympia as you suggested too: switching is crucial to this deck so I guess I'll really need it.

Brigette's a nice idea, especially as I run so many basics in this deck. I'll scrap a Nest Ball in favour of a Brigette, and then the other in favour of a choice band. I have a spare deck slot left from the energy too, so I can add another Fomantis.

Consistency is good but 3 Prof. Sycamore is probably enough and I always have my Shaymin, Ultra Balls and Brigette.

You've inspired me to make some very crucial deck alterations: thanks very much!
