I just looked at a picture of that new chinchilla pokemon and it looked like raticate, is it a baby pokemon like munna might be of drowzee. Its just a theory.

IMO the Chinchilla looks nothing like Rattata or Raticate.

Sorry, but I don't really see a lot of potential for discussion coming from this. I guess if you want to discuss what Baby Pokémon you'd like to see (and you can list Chiramii and Munna as examples), you can use this thread.
